Welcome to VipList. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Description of Service
VipList is an event ticketing and management platform that allows organizers to create and sell tickets for events, and attendees to discover and register for those events. We facilitate transactions between organizers and attendees but are not a party to those transactions.
Organizer Responsibilities
As an event organizer, you are responsible for: providing accurate event information, delivering the event as described, managing attendee registrations, complying with all applicable laws, and handling refunds or cancellations in accordance with your stated policies.
Attendee Responsibilities
As an attendee, you agree to: provide accurate registration information, comply with event rules set by the organizer, and accept that VipList is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by the organizer.
Payments and Refunds
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. VipList does not store your payment card details. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. For paid events, fees may apply. Contact the event organizer directly for refund requests.
Limitation of Liability
VipList is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VipList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VipList after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
